This Privacy Policy explains how INTELICOM LTD ("INTELICOM", "we", "us") processes personal data in connection with the Intelligent Services website at intelligent-services.eu and business enquiries submitted through it.
1. Data controller
INTELICOM LTD, UIC/BULSTAT 205279762, Bulgaria. Contact: contact@intelligent-services.eu · +359 898 599 401.
2. Personal data we may process
- identity and business contact details that you provide, such as name, company, email address and phone number;
- the contents of your enquiry, including the business need, service area or other information you choose to provide;
- technical and security information generated when the website is accessed, such as IP address, timestamp, request logs, browser/device information and security events where generated by the hosting or security environment;
- correspondence and follow-up records created when we respond to an enquiry or discuss a potential engagement.
Please do not submit special-category or otherwise sensitive personal data unless it is genuinely necessary for the purpose of your enquiry and you are authorised to provide it.
3. Why we process personal data
- to receive, route and respond to business enquiries;
- to take steps requested before entering into a contract and to assess a potential engagement;
- to maintain the security, availability and integrity of the website and communications;
- to comply with applicable legal, accounting, regulatory or dispute-resolution obligations;
- to protect legitimate business interests, including fraud prevention, record keeping and the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
4. Legal bases
Depending on the context, processing may be based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, our legitimate interests, or consent where consent is the appropriate legal basis. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.
5. Who may receive the data
Valid contact-form enquiries are stored in a restricted WordPress Leads area so authorised INTELICOM personnel can receive, route and follow up the enquiry. The same enquiry may also be delivered to our business email for notification and response handling.
Access is limited to authorised INTELICOM personnel and, where necessary, service providers acting on our behalf such as website hosting, email, IT/security and professional-advisory providers. Data may also be disclosed to competent public authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.
6. International transfers
If a service provider processes personal data outside the European Economic Area, we use an applicable lawful transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards where required by data-protection law.
7. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, for legitimate follow-up and record keeping, and for any period required by applicable law or necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Data that is no longer required is deleted, anonymised or securely archived in accordance with applicable retention obligations.
8. Your rights
Subject to the conditions in applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
To exercise a right, contact contact@intelligent-services.eu. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
9. Complaints
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Bulgaria this is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP / КЗЛД).
10. Automated decisions
The public website does not use personal data submitted through the contact form for solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
11. Security
We apply proportionate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. No internet transmission or information system can, however, be guaranteed to be completely secure.
12. Cookies
Information about cookies and similar technologies is available in our Cookie Policy.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the website, processing activities or legal requirements change. The current version is published on this page together with its last-updated date.
